Christian Taylor and David Denhoff ˆ silver and bronze individual medals
Ryley Erickson and Josef Svorkdal ˆ silver team medal
Christian Taylor and Ben Weir ˆ bronze team medal
Other debaters who place highly and qualified to advance to Provincial Law Foundation Cup Championships in Prince George March 5 - 7, included: Josef Svorkdal, Ryley Ericksen, Georgia Gryzbowski and Kaelin Hickford. In addition, Katrina Kelley placed so well that she was chosen as an alternate.
Simply put, GNS took 17 of the 27 medals at Regionals and advanced half of those going to Provincials - a good day by any standard. Congratulations to all of our debaters who, once again, earned that respect for which GNS debaters have become known!

January 5 to 9, 2009
This week was a busy one for the Middle School. We endured rain and more rain. One day we were able to watch a movie at lunch in the PAC. Others played basketball, played in the computer labs or read in the library. Scroll down to see grade sixes at work and our basketball players having fun!
We enjoyed the Grade 7/8 honours assembly and we reflected on last term and made goals for this term!
